Digital Products

Due to the instant and downloadable nature of our digital products, all digital sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Digital Trading Journals
• Notion Templates
• E-books
• PDFs
• Digital Downloads
• Courses or other downloadable content

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Physical Products

All physical journals and merchandise are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Because our journals are produced specifically for customer orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• No longer wanting the product

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not already begun. After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
